Shawn Utterback is a Lead Facilitator at TeamBonding with a wealth of experience in education, instructional design, and corporate training. As an Online Adjunct Professor at the Academy of Art University since 2006, he teaches courses in creative strategy, advertising research, and presentation skills. Shawn has also served as a mentor to incoming online faculty and contributed to curriculum development. With a background in strategic planning, including a Master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, he has worked as a training consultant and continuing education instructor. Shawn is dedicated to helping teams foster creativity and enhance communication through dynamic learning experiences.
